ADVOCATE AND CREATE AWARENESS FOR THE COMMUNITY AND LEADERSHIP ON ISSUES THAT AFFECT OUR CONSTITUENCY INCLUDING THE IMPACT OF INCARCERATION MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS PRODUCTIVE AND HELPFUL PROGRAMMING AND DIVERSION. WE PROVIDE CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN RECOVERY AND RE-ENTRY TO PROVIDE ACCESS TO HOUSING BASIC NEEDS SOCIAL SERVICES HEALTHCARE TREATMENT SERVICES HARM REDUCTION EDUCATION AND TRAINING SSDI EMPLOYMENT RESUME ASSISTANCE EDUCATION AND MORE.
