CARES HEALTHCARE NAVIGATION AND INCENTIVIZED VACCINE CAMPAIGN PROVIDE HEALTHCARE NAVIGATION SERVICES AND VACCINATION EDUCATION AND INCENTIVES TO INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE HIGH MEDICAL AND/OR BEHAVIORAL HEALTH NEEDS AND ARE UNLIKELY TO BE VACCINATED. OFFER HELP WITH DECIPHERING MEDICAL INFORMATION, OBTAINING ENTITLEMENTS AND INSURANCE, SCHEDULING APPOINTMENTS AND MAKING TRANSPORTATION ARRANGEMENTS FOR PEOPLE TO GET VACCINATED. PROGRAM STAFF CONDUCTS OUTREACH ONLINE AND HOST IN-PERSON AWARENESS AND EDUCATION EVENTS AROUND THE STATE AT VACCINATION LOCATIONS.

OUR STAFF ARE SKILLED AT COLLABORATING WITH COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS, PROVIDERS, AND LEADERS TO PARTNER ON OUTREACH, BUILDING NETWORKS, PROVIDING SERVICE REFERRALS, IDENTIFYING EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, AND ENHANCING PUBLIC RELATIONS.
HOUSINGIMPACT LIFE OFFERS A RECOVERY RESIDENCE PROGRAM IN PARTNERSHIP WITH ATTACK ADDICTION. THE RECOVERY RESIDENCES ARE PEER LED AND OPERATED LONG-TERM PROGRAM THAT OFFER PEER SUPPORT, FIELD EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS TRAINING IN MULTIPLE AREAS. BY PROVIDING A SAFE SPACE OPERATED UNDER THE PILLARS OF COMPASSION, CONNECTION, AND KINSHIP, THESE PROGRAMS PROMISE TO CREATE AN ENVIRONMENT OF HOLISTIC HEALING FOR ANYONE LOOKING TO ENHANCE THEIR SKILL-SET AND STRENGTHEN THEIR RECOVERY PROCESS
