10 SECOND YEAR STUDENTS AND THIRTY FIRST YEAR STUDENTS WERE TAUGHT AND FORMED BY THE DEDICATED STAFF OF BLI IN 2023. DIOCESAN SEMINARIANS ALSO ATTENDED CLASSES. FUNDS WERE USED TO PAY THE FACULTY AND STAFF AS WELL AS THE HOUSING FOR THE STUDENTS AND OVERHEAD FOR THE BUILDINGS AND FARMS. REGENERATIVE AGRICULTURE WAS INTRODUCED INTO THE CURRICULUM AT MARY'S SCHOOL
DORMITORY WAS BUILT TO HOUSE ADDITIONAL STUDENTS IN 2023.
EXPANSION OF THE SACCO (LOAN TO STUDENTS) IS CONTINUING. DEVELOPMENT OF LONG-TERM STRATEGIES WERE DEVELOPED AT MARTHA'S MARKET, 37,000 TREES WERE PLANTED THROUGH THE WORK OF LAZARUS' TREES. SITE MAPPING OF THE CAMPUS AND A PRELIMINARY FACILITIES PLAN WAS DEVELOPED. 5 YEAR STRATEGIC FRAMEWORK HAS BEEN STARTED BY THE BLI BOARD.
