COMBATING COMMUNITY DETERIORATION AND JUVENILE DELINQUENCY THROUGH COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT. THIS PURPOSE IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH FOUR MAJOR SERVICE AREAS: ENVIRONMENTAL, HUMAN HEALTH, SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, AND YOUTH EDUCATION.

HOUSING AND BUSINESS STABILIZATION PROGRAM: JUNCTION COALITION HAS ACCOMPLISHED A GREAT DEAL IN COMBATING DISPLACEMENT FOR JUNCTION RESIDENTS. JUNCTION ESTABLISHED A PARTNERSHIP WITH A LOCAL HOUSING AGENCY TO CREATE A PATHWAY TO HOMEOWNERSHIP WITHIN AND FOR THE JUNCTION NEIGHBORHOOD.


CLIMATE JUSTICE AND HUMAN DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM: JUNCTION COALITION HAS BEEN ABLE TO SUPPORT RESIDENTS IN THE JUNCTION NEIGHBORHOOD WITH RESTORATIVE JUSTICE EDUCATION AND TRAUMA INFORMED CARE FOR POST-COVID TRAUMA, VIOLENCE AND ENVIRONMENTAL HARMS.
