VOTER EDUCATION: GAMVP HOSTED 26 EDUCATION PROGRAMS WITH COMMUNITY GROUPS, SCHOOLS, AND MASJIDS HIGHLIGHTING THE IMPORTANCE OF BEING INFORMED ABOUT BOTH UPCOMING ELECTIONS AND RELEVANT CHANGES IN ELECTION LAWS. SOME OF OUR STANDARDIZED EDUCATIONAL OFFERINGS INCLUDED: BUILDING MUSLIM POWER: OUR IMPACT ON LOCAL ELECTIONS, KNOW YOUR BALLOT: 2023 LOCAL ELECTIONS, GEORGIAS GOVERNMENT AND YOU: UNDERSTANDING YOUR ROLE WITHIN IT, AND INTRO TO CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AND ENGAGING WITH OUR ELECTED OFFICIALS, AND KNOW THE FACTS: FIGHTING MISINFORMATION AND DISINFORMATION. WE ALSO LAUNCHED OUR SECOND COHORT OF OUR SIX MONTH YOUTH AMBASSADOR PROGRAM WITH 18 YOUTH AMBASSADORS.
