JOHN PAUL II HOUSING WAS FORMED AS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION ON JANUARY 29, 2016 UNDER THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA FOR THE PURPOSE OF PROVIDING HOUSING FOR LOW INCOME FAMILIES, LOW INCOME ELDERLY AND OTHER INDIVIDUALS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN ARCADIA, FLORIDA. THE SPONSOR OF ST. JOHN PAUL II HOUSING IS CATHOLIC CHARITIES HOUSIING, DIOCESE OF VENICE, INC.ST. JOHN PAUL II HOUSING HAS RECEIVED AWARDS FOR LOANS FROM THE FHFC. TO QUALIFY FOR THE LOANS, ST. JOHN PAUL II HOUSING MUST MEET CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITS.
