JOHN PAUL II HOUSING HAS RECEIVED AWARDS FOR LOANS FROM THE FHFC. TO QUALIFY FOR THE LOANS, ST. JOHN PAUL II HOUSING MUST MEET CERTAIN REQUIREMENTS AND LIMITS. AT LEAST 20% OF THE UNITS SHALL BE OCCUPIED BY HOUSEHOLDS WITH INCOMES LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 50% OF AREA MEDIAN FAMILY INCOME AND THE REMAINING UNITS OCCUPIED BY HOUSEHOLDS WITH INCOMES LESS THAN OR EQUAL TO 60% OF AREA MEDIAN FAMILY INCOME, AS PUBLISHED BY HUD.
