IT PLACES A STRONG EMPHASIS ON FOSTERING LEADERSHIP SKILLS, EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES, ENTREPRENEURSHIP, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, AND OVERALL ECONOMIC GROWTH WITHIN THESE COMMUNITIES.
