THE PRIMARY PURPOSE FOR WHICH BETTER MISSISSIPPI, LLC WAS FORMED WAS TO PROMOTE THE COMMON GOOD AND GENERAL WELFARE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI AND ALL MISSISSIPPIANS BY ORGANIZING, PLANNING AND IMPLEMENTING THE INAUGURATION RELATED ACTIVITIES FOR THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR-ELECT OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION PREPARATIONS FOR THE LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR-ELECT TO CARRY OUT HIS OFFICIAL DUTIES IMMEDIATELY UPON FORMAL ASSUMPTION OF SUCH OFFICIAL CEREMONIAL AND CIVIC EVENTS ASSOCIATED THEREWITH.
