OPERATION NEW UNIFORM'S PROGRAM PROVIDES COMPREHENSIVE TRAINING AND MENTORING TO EQUIP VETERANS TO SUCCESSFULLY TRANSITION TO CIVILIAN CAREERS. THIS INCLUDES POST-GRADUATION RESOURCES TO ASSIST IN MEETING THE VETERAN'S DESIRED CAREER GOALS. DURING 2021, THE PROGRAM GRADUATED 44 VETERANS AND SERVED OVER 3,300 MORE, PROVIDING TRANSITIONAL TRAINING INCLUDING ASSESSING INDIVIDUAL VETERAN NEEDS AND STRATEGICALLY PAIRING VETERANS WITH COACHING, DEVELOPMENT AND OPPORTUNITIES ALIGNED WITH OUR MISSION.
