WE BELIEVE THAT RELATIONSHIPS ARE THE KEY TO SUCCESSFUL YOUTH DEVELOPMENT. THROUGH MENTORSHIP AND HOUSING SUPPORT, WE HELP TRANSITION AGE YOUTH ACHIEVE PERMANENT CONNECTIONS AND SELF-SUFFICIENCY.

WE PROVIDED HOUSING AND MENTORING (CASE MANAGEMENT) TO 15 TAY WHO RECEIVED SOME COMBINATION OF DIRECT HOUSING SUPPORT, MENTORING SUPPORT AND CASH ASSISTANCE AS NEEDED FOR FOOD, RENT, ETC. YOUTH WERE ALSO ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN ENRICHMENT SERVICES, WHICH INCLUDED OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES. THE TAY LEARN INDEPENDENT LIVINGS SKILLS AND BUILD INTER-DEPENDENT RELATIONSHIPS. WE OFFER SUPPORT IN AREAS SUCH AS FINANCIAL LITERACY, EMPLOYMENT, EDUCATION AND HEALTHY LIFESTYLES. TAY DEVELOP THEIR OWN GOALS AND OUR MENTORS SUPPORT THEM WITH PROGRESS AND ACCOUNTABILITY. TAY IN OUR PROGRAM HAVE MAINTAINED HOUSING, INCREASED WAGES, ACHIEVED EDUCATIONAL PROGRESS, NAVIGATED COVID-19, ESTABLISHED BANK ACCOUNTS AND IMPROVED THEIR CREDIT SCORES.
