CHILD DEVELOPMENT - 4C SERVES AS THE COMMUNITY CHILD CARE LINK FOR FAMILIES AND CHILD CARE PROFESSIONALS WHO LIVE AND WORK IN SANTA CLARA COUNTY. 4C HELPS PARENTS FIND CHILD CARE SERVICES AND PROVIDES A VARIETY OF TRAININGS AND SUPPORT PROGRAMS FOR FAMILIES AND CHILD CARE PROVIDERS.
