COUNTERSPARK FOCUSES ITS EFFORTS TO ENGAGE MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC IN ADVOCATING FOR ADVANCED ENERGY POLICIES THAT WILL CREATE AND SUSTAIN JOB AND ECONOMIC OPPORTUNITIES ACROSS THE COUNTRY.
