STILL AFFECTED BY THE IMPACT OF COVID-19, BROOKLINK, INC. PURSUED AS MANY MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES AS WE WERE ABLE. BY NOVEMBER 2021, TWO TRAINERS WERE FINALLY ABLE RESUME OVERSEAS TRAINING AT A PASTORS CONFERENCE IN PAKISTAN WHERE 800 PASTORS PARTICIPATED. PRIOR TO SERVING THIS NEED, OUR ENGAGEMENT AND SERVICE INCLUDED HOSTING TWO ZOOM PRAYER GATHERINGS WITH GLOBAL PARTNERS AND SUPPORTERS IN MAY AND OCTOBER; HOSTING GATHERINGS AT OUR OFFICE FOR TWO VISITING GLOBAL PARTNERS FROM PAKISTAN AND FROM ETHIOPIA IN AUGUST; HOSTING A MISSIONS LUNCH AT MEADOWBROOK CHURCH FOLLOWING OUR PAKISTANI PARTNER'S PREACHING IN AUGUST; SUPPORTING ONE OF OUR TRAINERS TO TEACH AT THE ANNUAL MENTAL HEALTH & MISSIONS CONFERENCE IN TEXAS IN NOVEMBER; PROVIDING MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT FOR A TRAINER WHO TAUGHT BACHELOR'S DEGREE LEVEL TRINITY EVANGELICAL DIVINITY SCHOOL COURSEWORK TO INMATES AT WAUPUN PRISON; SUPPORTING A TRAINER WHO CONTINUED TO PROVIDE ONLINE TEACHING TO PASTORS IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC. OUR INTERIM PRESIDENT, IAN LAWSON, WAS FINALLY ABLE TO TRAVEL TO WISCONSIN FROM CANADA AND CONNECT IN PERSON WITH DONORS IN SOUTHERN WI AND CHICAGO. WE ALSO HOSTED QUARTERLY BOARD MEETINGS IN PERSON AND HOSTED MONTHLY ZOOM MEETINGS WITH OUR TRAINERS, IN ADDITION TO HAVING WEEKLY STAFF MEETINGS. FACED WITH CONTINUED LIMITED IN PERSON TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES DUE TO THE IMPACT OF COVID-19, WE PROVIDED A GRANT TO SUPPORT 50 PASTORS TO PARTICIPATE IN A CONFERENCE IN MALI AS WELL AS PROVIDE A GRANT TO OUR PAKISTANI PARTNER FOR A BUILDING PROJECT, ANTICIPATING THE CONSTRUCTION OF A MUCH-NEEDED SEMINARY CAMPUS IN LAHORE. WE ACCEPTED INVITATIONS TO TEACH IN 2022 TO PAKISTAN, UGANDA, ETHIOPIA, PERU, TOGO AND THE CZECH REPUBLIC.
