OPPORTUNITIES UNLIMITED (OU) PROVIDES QUALITY RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATIVE SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE SUSTAINED TRAUMATIC BRAIN INJURY, SPINAL CORD, OR OTHER PHYSICAL DISABILITIES. THE OU CAMPUS CONSISTS OF 11 RESIDENTIAL HOMES WITH A TOTAL OF 45 BEDS AND A LARGE CENTER THAT SERVES AS THE HUB FOR THERAPIES AND ACTIVITIES. OU OFFERS RESIDENTIAL-TYPE LIVING, INCLUDING LONG-TERM CARE AND TRANSITIONAL REHABILITATION WITH ACTIVE COMMUNITY RE-ENTRY.
OPPORTUNITIES UNLIMITED PROVIDES HOME AND COMMUNITY BASED SERVICES (HCBS) TO CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS WHO NEED SUPPORT. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE SUPPORTED COMMUNITY LIVING, INTERIM MEDICAL MONITORING AND TREATMENT AND RESPITE SERVICES.
