THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT SERVICES CONSISTING OF EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND BEHAVIORAL REHABILITATION. EACH OF THESE TRACKS EMPLOY A BEHAVIORAL CHANGE PROGRAM UTILIZING A POSITIVE PEER PRESSURE APPROACH, ACADEMIC, VOCATIONAL, AND PHYSICAL EDUCATION, AND LIFE SKILLS TRAINING AIMED AT TEACHING YOUTHS HOW TO LEAD POSITIVE AND PRODUCTIVE LIVES. THE AVERAGE LENGTH OF STAY IN THE RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM IS SIX TO TWELVE MONTHS.
