RESTORATION OF THE ROUNDHOUSE AT ALYESKA INCLUDING INTERIOR, EXTERIOR, AND INSTALLATION OF EXHIBITS CREATING A PUBLIC MUSEUM DETAILING AREA HISTORY AND WINTER RECREATION AT MT. ALYESKA SKI AREA. SERVES GIRDWOOD AND TURNAGAIN ARM (APPROX. 3,720), VISITORS FROM ALASKA AND OUT OF STATE VISITORS NUMBERING OVER 1 MILLION EACH YEAR. OPEN FOR VISITORS IN 2008. ONGOING OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE.

GIRDWOOD BEAUTIFICATION PROJECT: VOLUNTEERS PLANT AND MAINTAIN GARDENS IN THE COMMUNITY TO BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY AND ALL VISITORS. NO ACTIVITY IN 2020.
