PARTNERSHIP ENGAGEMENT AND FULFILLMENT - PCA'S PARTNERSHIP ENGAGEMENT AND FULFILLMENT PROGRAM EDUCATES AND TRAINS COACHES, AND WORKS WITH LEADERS OF YOUTH SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS ("YSO"), PARENTS, AND SCHOOLS TO MAKE YOUTH SPORTS OFFERINGS POSITIVE, EQUITABLE, AND ACCESSIBLE TO ALL KIDS.


PROGRAM EXPANSION AND ENHANCEMENT - PCA WORKS TO PROVIDE 7 MILLION KIDS WITH A POSITIVE YOUTH SPORTS EXPERIENCE OVER 5 YEARS BY EXPANDING AND ENHANCING EXISTING PROGRAMS OR DEVELOPING NEW PROGRAMS IN UNDER-RESOURCED COMMUNITIES WHERE NONE EXISTED BEFORE.


COMMUNITY AND COACH ENGAGEMENT - PCA WORKS WITH LEADERS IN UNDER-RESOURCED COMMUNITIES TO ENSURE THAT KIDS HAVE THE SAME OPPORTUNITY TO PARTICIPATE IN QUALITY SPORTS OFFERINGS AS KIDS IN MORE RESOURCED COMMUNITIES. WE RECRUIT AND TRAIN PEOPLE TO VOLUNTEER AS COACHES, IDENTIFY PUBLIC FUNDS FOR NEW YOUTH SPORTS OFFERINGS, AND REMOVE STRUCTURAL AND SYSTEMIC BARRIERS TO ACCESS.
