THE CHOICE-BASED MODEL INVITES QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS TO SHOP FOR THEIR NEEDS IN A STORE-LIKE SETTING. HOME DELIVERY SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FOR PHYSICALLY VULNERABLE SENIORS AND INDIVIDUALS LIVING WITH DISABILITIES.
