LEADERSHIP AND COMMUNITY BUILDING PROGRAMS: IAC EDGE IS A NATIONAL CUTTING-EDGE MEMBERSHIP-BASED COMMUNITY OF YOUNG PROFESSIONALS, AGES 22-42, WHO ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT ISRAEL AND SEEK EXTRAORDINARY NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT. IAC GVANIM AND NEW LEADERSHIP IS A POWERFUL VEHICLE FOR CULTIVATING ISRAELI-AMERICAN LEADERS IMPACTING THE ISRAELI-AMERICAN AND JEWISH-AMERICAN COMMUNITIES. PARTICIPANTS TAKE AN IN-DEPTH JOURNEY INTO THEIR HYBRID ISRAELI-AMERICAN AND JEWISH IDENTITIES, IDENTIFYING THE UNIQUE NEEDS, CHALLENGES AND QUESTIONS OF THE ISRAELI AND JEWISH AMERICAN COMMUNITY IN EACH REGION AND NATIONALLY WHILE GAINING NEW LEADERSHIP TOOLS, AND INITIATING INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS AND STRATEGIES.
CIVIC ENAGEMENT AND FIGHTING ANTISEMITISM:THE IAC AIMS TO CREATE A SAFE SPACE AND WARM ENVIRONMENT FOR ISRAELI AND JEWISH STUDENTS ON CAMPUS, ALLOWING THEM TO SHARE SPECIAL MOMENTS AND MAINTAIN THEIR CONNECTION TO THEIR HERITAGE. BEYOND NETWORKING AND HOLIDAY EVENTS, STUDENTS ALSO PARTICIPATE IN ACTIVITIES, SUCH AS PRO-ISRAEL TABLING, YEAR-LONG ACTIVISM PROJECTS, AND INITIATIVES AGAINST ANTISEMITISM ON THEIR CAMPUS, W ITH THE DEDICATED GUIDANCE OF A PROFESSIONAL IAC TEAM AND STUDENT LEADERS.A SAFER FUTURE STARTS WITH AN ENGAGED COMMUNITY. THAT'S WHY THE IAC EMPOWERS PARENTS AND COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO BECOME LOCAL CHANGE AGENTS AND ADDRESS ANTISEMITISM IN PUBLIC SPACES. THEY PARTICIPATE IN RALLIES AND EVENTS AND RECEIVE TANGIBLE EDUCATION AND TOOLS TO MAKE A REAL D IFFERENCE IN THEIR LOCAL COMMUNITY
NEXT GENERATION PROGRAMS:IAC KESHET IS A NATIONAL CHILDREN'S MOVEMENT PROVIDING FRAMEWORK AND RESOURCES THAT EMPOWER OUR COMMUNITY TO CONNECT AS A FAMILY AND COMMUNITY THROUGH THE HEBREW LANGUAGE, ISRAELI CULTURE, JEWISH HERITAGE AND A STRONG CONNECTION TO ISRAEL. IAC KESHET'S ACTIVITIES STRENGTHEN THE IDENTITY OF CHILDREN OF AGES 2-9, AND ENTIRE COMMUNITIES, INSTILLS A SENSE OF SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND COMMITMENT. IAC EITANIM BRINGS TOGETHER THE NEXT GENERATION'S JEWISH-AMERICAN AND ISRAELI-AMERICAN MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS FOR AN IMMERSIVE, INNOVATIVE, PROJECT-BASED LEARNING EXPERIENCE WHICH STRENGTHENS PARTICIPANTS' JEWISH IDENTITY, BUILDS THEIR CONNECTION TO ISRAEL AND IGNITES THEIR "ISRAELINESS". MISHELANU: A NATIONWIDE PRO-ISRAEL LEADERSHIP NETWORK ON DOZENS OF CAMPUSES, COMPRISED OF FIRST AND SECOND GENERATION ISRAELI-AMERICANS WHO BRING THE SPIRIT OF ISRAEL TO CAMPUS. OFEK HUB IS AN INNOVATIVE EDUCATIONAL PLATFORM, FEATURING LIVE CONTENT AND ONLINE CLASSES WITH AN ISRAELI FLAVOR, FOR ALL AGES AT VARYING LEVELS, WHILE EACH COURSE BRINGS THE SPIRIT OF IS RAEL INTO THE HEART OF EVERY HOME.
