OPERATES A THRIFT AND GIFT SHOP, STAFFED BY VOLUNTEERS, WHICH IS UTILIZED BY THE COMMUNITY AND BENEFICIAL TO LOW INCOME FAMILIES. SPONSOR OF THE APPLE FESTIVAL IN OCTOBER WITH OVER 200 VENDORS COMING FROM MANY STATES SELLING HANDCRAFTED ITEMS. IT IS THE BIGGEST FUNDRAISER NOT ONLY FOR THE COMMUNITY CLUB BUT FOR MOST CLUBS IN THE COMMUNITY. IT SELLS SPRINGVILLE T-SHIRTS, HOLDS A BOOK TALK TEA, FREE ICE CREAM SOCIAL AND FREE CONCERTS IN THE PARK. IT SUPPORTS THE SPRINGVILLE LIBRARY AND ALL PROCEEDS OF THE EVENTS ARE COMBINED AND GIVEN BACK TO THE COMMUNITY AS SPECIAL DONATIONS AND SCHOLARSHIPS.
