PURPOSE: AWA MEMBERS AND GUESTS ASSEMBLE AND COMMUNICATE WITH REGION'S LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL OFFICIALS AND POLICYMAKERS. KEYNOTE DIGNITARY SPEAKER; CURRENT/CRUCIAL WATER BRIEFING. ANNUAL WATER LEADERSHIP AWARD PRESENTATION.
