THE RESOUNDING JOY STAFF UPLIFTS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES WITH CHALLENGING CONDITIONS, HELPS THEM ACHIEVE THEIR GOALS, AND SUPPORTS HEALTH AND WELLNESS THROUGHOUT THE COMMUNITY WITH OUR FOUR MAIN PROGRAMS: SOUNDS OF COMMUNITY, SOUNDS OF HEALING NOTES, SOUNDS OF LEGACY, AND SOUNDS OF SERVICE. THE TEAM OF CREDENTIALED BOARD-CERTIFIED MUSIC THERAPISTS (MT-BC) IMPROVES THE LIVES OF MEDICALLY FRAGILE (RESILIENT) CHILDREN, SERVICE MEMBERS, VETERANS, FIRST RESPONDERS, AND THEIR FAMILIES, ISOLATED OLDER ADULTS, AND OTHERS YEAR-ROUND IN SAN DIEGO COUNTY AND INDIANA. MOST OF RESOUNDING JOY'S CLIENTS WILL FEEL THE EFFECTS OF THEIR DIAGNOSIS THROUGHOUT THEIR LIVES, WHETHER IT IS DEPRESSION, POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS, MENTAL ILLNESS, BRAIN INJURY, DOWN SYNDROME, CONGENITAL HEART DISEASE, OR OTHER RARE DISEASES. INDIVIDUAL AND GROUP SESSIONS ARE OFFERED AT OUR WELLNESS CENTER, OR THROUGHOUT THE COUNTY, PRIMARILY AT ON-SITE PARTNER NONPROFIT SITES.
