THE CENTER DEMONSTRATES THE ROLE OF AGRICULTURE IN AMERICA, SPECIFICALLY THE SOUTHERN HIGH PLAINS. ARTIFACTS COMBINED WITH INTERACTIVE EXHIBITS SHOW VISITORS THE PAST, PRESENT AND FUTURE OF FARMING. THE CENTER ALSO PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMMING, DEMONSTRATIONS AND INFORMATIONAL MATERIAL FOR THE THOUSANDS OF ANNUAL VISITORS.
