Describe the Organization's Program Activity:

Part 3 - Line 4a

IN 2023, THE MASTER'S MEN CONTINUED, ITS SLOW GROWTH, OF MINISTRY. THERE WAS A RESPECTABLE INCREASE TO THE HEADCOUNT SERVED; BOTH STATE SIDE AND ESPECIALLY OVERSEAS (THEY ARE GROWING THE MOST ROBUSTLY) AND, ONCE AGAIN THERE WAS VERY LITTLE ATTRITION. OUR OVERALL CONSTITUENCY SERVED WAS APPROXIMATELY, 25,000 MEN AND THEIR FAMILIES, GLOBALLY, THROUGH OUR STAFF MINISTERS (7), LEADERS (120 INCLUDING THE INDIAN DISTRICT LEADERS) AND VOLUNTEER NETWORK (2000+ MEN). THESE NUMBERS ARE FACILITATED BY THE USE OF OUR WEB RESOURCES, SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS, ELECTRONIC AND PRINTED MATERIALS AS WELL AS OUR INTERNATIONAL AFFILIATES AND DOMESTIC US CHAPTERS AND TEAMS, INCLUDING OUR MM RACING MINISTRIES. WE ALSO USE OUR MEDIA PLATFORMS TO BOADCAST OUR GOSPEL AND DISCIPLESHIP MESSAGE, AND WE SITLL DO THE SAME AT OUR OUTREACH EVENT. WE USE OUR EVENTS FOR TEAM MEMBER RECRUITING AND TEAM BUILDING AND THEY PROVIDE AN EXCELLENT EVANGELISTIC OUTREACH OPPORTUNITY. OUR INTERNATIONAL MINISTRY IS CONTINUING TO REACH MEN FOR CHRIST IN AFRICA, INDIA, WITH NORWAY BEING STATIC. WE CONTINUED TO TRAIN TEAM LEADERS OVERSEAS AS WELL AS STATES SIDE. WE CONTINUE TO NETWORK MEN TOGETHER TOWARD AN EFFECTIVE "SMALL GROUP" DISCIPLESHIP MODEL, THAT JESUS EMPLOYED, AND WE CONTINUE TO PREACH THE GOSPEL AND TEACH THE BIBLE TO THE MEN IN THOSE GROUPS, WHICH WE CALL "TEAMS".
