CEF IS A BIBLE-CENTERED WORLDWIDE ORGANIZATION COMPOSED OF BORN-AGAIN BELIEVERS WHOSE PURPOSE IS TO EVANGELIZE BOYS AND GIRLS WITH THE GOSPEL OF THE LORD JESUS CHRIST AND TO ESTABLISH (DISCIPLE) THEM IN THE WORD OF GOD AND IN A LOCAL CHURCH FOR CHRISTIAN LIVING.

THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUES IN ITS EFFORTS TO ESTABLISH NEW CLUBS AND CHAPTERS IN THE WEST AND SOUTHWEST TEXAS GEOGRAPHIC AREAS. MOST ACTIVITIES WERE BACK TO PRE-COVID LEVELS, WITH INCREASED GROWTH IN MOST CHAPTERS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO CONDUCTED TRAINING FOR VOLUNTEERS AND OTHERS TO TEACH THEM EFFECTIVE METHODS TO IMPART THE CHRISTIAN VALUES AND PRINCIPLES THE ORGANIZATION PROMOTES THROUGH ITS OUTREACH AND MINISTRY EFFORTS.
THE ORGANIZATION CONDUCTS A SUMMER CAMP AND RETREATS TO CONTINUE OUTREACH AND MINISTRY EFFORTS DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS WHEN SCHOOLS ARE NOT IN SESSION. THESE PROVIDE RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND SPIRITUAL TRAINING IN A POSITIVE CHRISTIAN ENVIRONMENT FOR YOUNG PEOPLE. THERE ARE ALSO SUMMER CLUBS TAUGHT BY TEENAGERS WHO HAVE GONE THROUGH TRAINING. THESE ARE HELD IN VARIOUS VENUES, SUCH AS APARTMENT COMPLEXES, CHURCHES, HOMES AND BOYS & GIRLS CLUBS.
THE ORGANIZATION CONDUCTED AFTER SCHOOL CLUBS AND OTHER ACTIVITES FOR CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS IN AND AROUND THE TEXAS CITIES OF AMARILLO, LUBBOCK, WICHITA FALLS, EL PASO AND MIDLAND. THE ORGANIZATION PARTNERS WITH LOCAL CHURCHES WHO OFFER SUPPORT FOR THESE CLUBS.
