DONUM DEI'S PRINCIPAL SERVICE IS THERAPEUTIC RIDING (THERAPY USING A HORSE AS MODALITY). ITS SERVICES INCLUDE THE HANDICAPPED, MENTALLY-CHALLENGED AND LEARNING-DISABLED INDIVIDUALS BENEFITTED DURING THE PRIOR YEAR.
SEE "FIRST" PURPOSE. IN 2015, THE RIDING THERAPY CENTER WAS ABLE TO COMPLETE ITS LONG-AWAITED FACILITY: A "COVERED ARENA/PAVILION", WHICH PROVIDES SHELTERED ENVIRONMENT FOR THERAPY. RIDERS, WORKERS, AND VOLUNTEERS ARE SHEILDED FROM THE HOT, HUMID SOUTH TEXAS WEATHER.
