PROVIDE SUPPPLIES, EQUIPMENT AND TRAINING FOR MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS TO FACILITATE THE TRAUMA SYSTEM OF THE MANY COUNTIES IN THE LOWER RIO GRANDE VALLEY. EDUCATION IS KEY TO SUPPORT AND ADVANCE QUALITY EMERGENCY LOGISTICS AND SUPPORT FOR THE REGIONAL NETWORK OF FIRE/EMS AGENCIES AND HOSPITALS.
