THE PURPOSE OF CHILDREN'S PHYSICIAN SERVICES OF SOUTH TEXAS IS TO PROVIDE MEDICAL SERVICES TO THOSE INDIVIDUALS IN THE SOUTH TEXAS REGION WHO COULD NOT AFFORD TO PAY FOR SUCH SERVICES. THE FUNDS RECEIVED FROM THOSE ABLE TO PAY FOR MEDICAL SERVICES AND FUNDS RECEIVED TO TRAIN DOCTORS AT DRISCOLL CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL ENABLE THE ORGANIZATION TO EMPLOY ENOUGH PHYSICIANS SO AS TO PUT IN PLACE A PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES MEDICAL CARE FOR CHILDREN IN NEED. THIS PROGRAM PROVIDES MEDICAL CARE TO CHILDREN REGARDLESS OF THEIR ABILITY TO PAY.
