PROVIDED A SPECIAL DIABETES AND DIABETES PREVENTION PROGRAM FOR NATIVE AMERICANS AND PROMOTED HEALTHY LIFESTYLES THROUGH EDUCATION, NUTRITION, INFORMATION AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY INSTRUCTION.
