HIV CARE SERVICES PROVIDE SUPPORT FOR PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV AND THEIR FAMILIES. SERVICES HELP PEOPLE LIVING WITH HIV MAINTAIN/IMPROVE THEIR HEALTH THROUGH ACCESS TO SPECIALIZED CASE MANAGEMENT; MEDICAL CARE AND INSURANCE COVERAGE; FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FOR HOUSING, UTILITIES, TRANSPORTATION, ORAL HEALTHCARE; FOOD PANTRY; AND OTHER BASIC NEEDS ASSISTANCE THAT SUPPORT ENGAGEMENT IN CARE, TREATMENT, AND INDIVIDUAL WELLNESS WITH A GOAL OF VIRAL SUPPRESSION.
PREVENTION SERVICES PROVIDE INFORMATION, EDUCATION, AND HARM REDUCTION SUPPLIES TO PRIORITY POPULATIONS AND THE PUBLIC TO REDUCE THE TRANSMISSION OF HIV AND HCV.
