RYAN WHITE PART B ENCOMPASSES BOTH MEDICAL OUTPATIENT AND SUPPORTIVE SERVICES. MEDICAL OUTPATIENT SERVICES INCLUDE PHYSICIAN CARE, PHYSICIAN REFERRALS, LAB WORK, AND OTHER ASSOCIATED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES. SUPPORTIVE SERVICES INCLUDE THE PROVISION OF CASE MANAGERS WHO ASSIST CLIENTS WITH SERVICES SUCH AS EMERGENCY HOUSING AND MEDICATION, MENTAL HEALTH, FOOD ASSISTANCE, TRANSPORTATION, ETC. ALL SERVICES OFFERED UNDER THIS GRANT ARE SUBJECT TO THE FINANCIAL AND RESIDENCY STATUS SET FORTH IN THE TERMS OF THE GRANT AGREEMENT.
THE 340B PHARMACY PROGRAM ALLOWS CLIENTS TO RECEIVE MEDICATIONS THROUGH A PHARMACY THAT PARTNERS WITH NORTHLAND CARES, THEREBY OFFERING PERSONALIZED SERVICES SUCH AS HOME DELIVERY, PHARMACY CONSULTS, AND REDUCED CO-PAYMENTS.

THE PREP PROGRAM PARTNERS WITH THE YAVAPAI COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT TO TEST VARIOUS TOWNS AND CITIES IN YAVAPAI COUNTY FOR HIV/HEP C/STI, PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL MATERIAL, PROPHYLAXIS AND PREVENTION SUPPLIES, AND NALOXONE TO HELP PREVENT OVERDOSES IN THE PWID POPULATION.
