OUR SERVICES ARE DESIGNED TO PROTECT THE HOUSING PEOPLE ALREADY HAVE, PROVIDE RESOURCES TO SECURE NEW HOUSING, AND PROMOTE PUBLIC POLICY TO EXPAND OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL.

THE Q FOUNDATION HELPS PREVENT HOMELESSNESS FOR PEOPLE WITH HIV/AIDS BY PROTECTING THE HOUSING THEY ALREADY HAVE, PROVIDING RESOURCES TO HELP SECURE NEW HOUSING, AND PROMOTING PUBLIC POLICY TO INCREASE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES. DURING THE YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED HOUSING REFERRALS, APARTMENT LISTINGS, RENT ASSISTANCE, TENANT'S RIGHTS COUNSELING, AND ADVOCACY TO ITS CLIENTS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO ASSISTED ITS MEMBERS IN NAVIGATING VARIOUS RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS AND HELPED LANDLORDS BETTER UNDERSTAND THE NEEDS OF ITS MEMBERS. THE Q FOUNDATION'S SENIOR OR DISABLED SUBSIDY PROGRAM HAS STABILIZED HOUSING FOR FAMILIES SINCE APRIL 2015. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED RENTAL ASSISTANCE TO OVER 557 MEMBERS
