Q FOUNDATION HELPS PREVENT HOMELESSNESS FOR PEOPLE WITH HIV/AIDS BY PROTECTING THE HOUSING PEOPLE ALREADY HAVE, PROVIDING RESOURCES TO HELP SECURE NEW HOUSING AND PROMOTING PUBLIC POLICY TO INCREASE HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES, DURING THE YEAR THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED HOUSING REFERRALS, APARTMENT LISTINGS, RENT ASSISTANCE, TENANT'S RIGHT COUNSELING AND ADVOCACY TO THEIR CLIENTS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO ASSISTED ITS MEMBERS NAVIGATE THE VARIOUS RENTAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS AND HELPED LANDLORDS BETTER UNDERSTAND HOW TO ACCOMMODATE THE NEED FOR ITS MEMBERS.
