CASE MANAGEMENT/SUPPORTIVE SERVICES - THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDED 42 CLIENTS INFECTED WITH HIV AND THEIR FAMILIES WITH CASE MANAGEMENT SERVICES. 1087 INTERVENTIONS WERE PROVIDED IN HOUSING, MENTAL HEALTH, NUTRITION, MEDICAL, TRANSPORTATION AND MEDICAL INSURANCE AREAS. 15 OF THOSE INTERVENTIONS WERE EMERGENCY OR CRISIS ENCOUNTERS.


CLIENT SERVICESTOBACCO CESSATION SERVICES ENCOMPASSES FREE CESSATION COUNSELING IN BOTH GROUP SESSIONS AND INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS, AND FREE NICOTINE REPLACEMENT THERAPY TO 145 INDIVIDUALS.


CLINIC SERVICESTESTING, EDUCATION, COUNSELING & PREVENTION DEPARTMENT PROVIDED 406 HIGH RISK AND GENERAL HIV TESTS AND COUNSELING. PROVIDED 389 STD COUNSELING & TESTING SESSIONS. DISTRIBUTED MORE THAN 9,000 CONDOMS TO THE COMMUNITY.WOMEN'S WELLNESS CLINIC - DURING THE 2021/2022 SERVICE YEAR, MALAMA PONO HEALTH SERVICES WOMEN'S WELLNESS CLINIC SAW 123 UNIQUE PATIENTS WHO UTILIZED 280 TOTAL SERVICES. THE WOMENS WELLNESS PROGRAM IDENTIFIED 15 ABNORMAL PAP SMEARS AND WERE REFERRED TO FOLLOW-UP CARE. 24 WOMEN WERE INITIATED ON BIRTH CONTROL AND A TOTAL OF 64 WOMEN UTILIZED BIRTH CONTROL SERVICES.
