THE THREE MAIN GOALS OF WRITERS' LEAGUE OF TEXAS ARE: 1. TO TEACH AND EDUCATE BEGINNING AND MORE EXPERIENCED WRITERS TO POLISH THEIR CRAFT 2. TO ASSIST WRITERS IN MAKING CONNECTIONS WITH AGENTS, PUBLISHERS, AND OTHER WRITERS IN ORDER TO FURTHER THEIR WRITING AND PUBLISHING CAREERS, AND 3. TO SUPPORT SCHOOLS AND RURAL LIBRARIES WITH VALUABLE PROGRAMMING.
