THE COUNCIL PUBLISHED ISSUES OF THEIR NEWSLETTER CONTAINING PROGRAMS ACTIVITY NOTICES, NEWS, AND OTHER CURRENT EVENTS RELATED TO AGRICULTURAL MATTERS.
