THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO PROVIDE FOOD AND SHELTER FOR HOMELESS FAMILIES IN NORMAN, OKLAHOMA, TO PROVIDE ASSISTANCE IN REHABILITATION AND TO IMPROVE THE WELL BEING OF THESE PEOPLE BY PROVIDING COORDINATION WITH EXISTING SERVICES IN THE NORMAN AREA. THE ORGANIZATION SERVES FREE LUNCHES SIX DAYS A WEEK AND PROVIDES TEMPORARY SHELTER FOR HOMELESS PERSONS IN THREE LOCATIONS. THE ACTIVITIES OF THE ORGANIZAITON ARE FUNDED BY STATE AND FEDERAL GRANTS, ALLOCATIONS FROM THE UNITED WAY, LOCAL CHURCHES, INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTIONS AND OTHER MISCELLAENOUS SOURCES.
