THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED THROUGH THE OPERATION OF RETAIL STORES AND OFFERING A VARIETY OF PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO MAKE INDIVIDUALS MORE CAREER READY. WE ALSO OVERSEE PROGRAMS THAT WORK WITH LOCAL AREA BUSINESSES, PROVIDING VALUABLE SERVICES AND COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENTS.

GOODWILL OPERATES RETAIL STORES, ATTENDED DONATION CENTERS, EMPLOYMENT SERVICE CENTERS, AND OTHER FACILITIES ACROSS CENTRAL OKLAHOMA. THROUGH OUR DONATED GOODS RETAIL OPERATION,WE EMPLOYED OVER 1,500 EMPLOYEES DURING 2023. IN ADDITION TO TRADITIONAL RETAIL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, GOODWILL OPERATES VARIOUS TRAINING AND ON-THE-JOB PROGRAMS DESIGNED TO ASSIST INDIVIDUALS IN ACQUIRING JOB READINESS SKILLS AND CAREER ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES GEARED TOWARDS DEFINING AN EMPLOYEE'S CAREER GOALS. GOODWILL ALSO OFFERS AN EMPLOYEE RESOURCE PROGRAM, BEGIN-AT-HOME, FOR EMPLOYEES FACING BARRIERS SUCH AS FOOD INSECURITY, CHILDCARE, TRANSPORTATION AND HOUSING, AMONG OTHER ITEMS. _
AS A FULL-SERVICE CONTRACTOR, GOODWILL HAS PROVIDED PROFESSIONAL JANITORIAL AND UNARMED SECURITY SERVICES FOR MORE THAN 20 YEARS TO LOCAL AGENCIES AND COMMERCIAL BUSINESSES IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA. THROUGH THIS INITIATIVE, GOODWILL HAS EMPLOYED HUNDREDS OF EMPLOYEES OVER TWO DECADES, ADVANCING OUR MISSION THROUGH THE POWER OF WORK.
OTHER PROGRAM SERVICE ACTIVITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: EMPLOYMENT SERVICE CENTERS: OUR EMPLOYMENT SERVICE CENTERS PROVIDE AN ARRAY OF EMPLOYMENT SERVICES DESIGNED TO HELP INDIVIDUALS OBTAIN WORK. SERVICES INCLUDE CAREER ASSESSMENTS, RESUME BUILDING, JOB FAIRS, INTERNET JOB SEARCHES AND PROFESSIONAL ETIQUETTE WORKSHOPS. IN ADDITION, EMPLOYMENT SPECIALISTS HELP INDIVIDUALS SECURE AND RETAIN EMPLOYMENT. CAREER PATHWAYS INSTITUTE: OUR GOODWILL CAREER PATHWAYS INSTITUTE IS THE TRAINING HUB FOR THE ORGANIZATION THAT OFFERS SKILLS-BASED TRAINING AND CERTIFICATE PROGRAMS TO ASSIST EMPLOYEES AND COMMUNITY CLIENTS WHO FACE A HIGH BARRIER TO EMPLOYMENT.
