EMPLOYMENT PROCUREMENT PROGRAMS: GOODWILL UTILIZES RETAIL STORES TO PROVIDE JOBS FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND FOR THOSE WITH OTHER BARRIERS TO EMPLOYMENT. THE STORES ARE A TRAINING GROUND AND PROVIDE ESSENTIAL WORK EXPERIENCE FOR EMPLOYEES WHO WISH TO INCREASE THEIR CHANCES FOR FUTURE EMPLOYMENT WITH OTHER BUSINESSES IN THE COMMUNITY. WHEN GOODS ARE SOLD, THE FUNDS ARE USED TO CREATE PROGRAMS WHICH PROVIDE TRAINING AND SUPPORT SERVICES FOR GOODWILL STAKEHOLDERS.


JOB TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT PROGRAMS: GOODWILL SEEKS CONTRACTS WITH GOVERNMENT AGENCIES TO PROVIDE JOBS FOR PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES.
