THRIFT STORES - SALES OF DONATED GOODS RECEIVED FROM THE COMMUNITY DIRECTLY FUND MISSION PROGRAMS TO ASSIST THOSE WITH DISABILITIES OR DISADVANTAGES FIND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AT GOODWILL OR IN THEIR COMMUNITY. STORES PROVIDE RETAIL JOBS AND CAREER TRAINING FOR OVER 350 INDIVIDUALS - APPROXIMATELY 60% OF WHICH INDICATE THEY HAVE A BARRIER, DISABILITY OR DISADVANTAGE.
MISSION PROGRAMS - GOODWILL-WEST TEXAS FUNDS MISSION PROGRAMS FROM THRIFT STORE REVENUE.
