EDUCATION: PROVIDED MONTHLY FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO TEACHERS IN SIX ELEMENTARY SCHOOLS TO PROVIDE CHRISTIAN EDUACTION. THESE SCHOOLS ARE IN THE NORTHERN MOUNTAIN REGION OF HAITI. THESE SCHOOLS ARE IN PIGNON, ST. RAPHAEL, SAVANETTE, FONTAINE, BOUQUERONNE, AND SAVAN ROUGE.
ORPHANAGE: PROVIDED MONTHLY FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO THE BRIDGE CHRISTIAN CHILDREN'S ORPHANAGE FOR OPERATING EXPENSES. APPROXIMATELY 45 CHILDREN BENEFIT FROM THIS PROGRAM.
LONG-TERM SUSTAINABILITY: THE HAITIAN BEAD PROJECT FOSTERS COMMUNITY AMONG THE HAITIAN PEOPLE AND OFFERS FAIR WAGES TO WOMEN AND MEN IN THE NOTHERN MOUNTAINS OF HAITI. WE WANT EVERY INDIVIDUAL TO BE HONERED FOR HER TIME AND CREATIVITY. WE HAVE A TEAM OF VOLUNTEERS AND AMBASSADORS FROM AROUND THE GLOBE WHO PARTNER WITH US TO OFFER A HAND UP TO OUR ARTISANS AND SHARE THE STORY OF OUR BUSINESS.
CHURCH DEVELOPMENT: HAITI GOSPEL OUTREACH HELPS SUPPORT FOUR MAIN CHURCHES. THESE CHURHCES ARE LOCATED IN PIGNON, SAVANETTE, FONTAINE AND SAN RAPHAEL. IN ADDITION, EACH OF THESE CHURCHES HELPS SUPPORT A NUMBER OF "OUTSTATIONS- OR SMALL HOUSE CHURCHES THAT HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO GROW INTO PLACES OF WORSHIP. SHORT-TERM MISSIONS: PROVIDED SUPOORT FOR INDIVIDUALS VOLUNTEERING TO TRAVEL TO HAITI FOR SHORT-TERM MISSIONS PROJECTS. THESE PROJECTS HAVE INCLUDED: SPORTS CAMPS, VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL, WORSHIP & ARTS CAMP, CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS, AND LEADERSHIP CONFERENCES. PROVIDED FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR HAITIAN FOOD BANK.
