WE UNDERWRITE THE EXPENSES FOR THE ANNUAL EDUCATIONAL MEETING FOR OUR 142 CURRENT MEMBERS. THE MEETING WAS AN EDUCATIONAL, DIDACTIC PROGRAM COMPOSED OF LECTURES FROM THE MEMBERS WITH Q&A PERIODS. A SOCIAL PROGRAM COMPLEMENTED THE ACADEMIC PROGRAM WHICH WAS 4 1/2 DAYS DURATION. OUR ORGANIZATION PROVIDES EDUCATIONAL AND RESEARCH SUPPORT FOR ITS MEMBERS WITHIN THE AAPU, REPRESENTS ITS MEMBERS POLITICALLY WITHIN THE OTHER MAJOR UROLOGICAL PROFESSIONAL SOCIETIES, AND SUPPORT EXTERNAL PEDIATRIC UROLOGICAL RESEARCH WITHIN THE AAP AND HUMANITARIAN EFFORTS THROUGH IVU.
