MIDWEST DENTAL ASSEMBLY - IDA PRESENTS AN ANNUAL THREE-DAY PROGRAM THAT ALLOWS THE 274 MEMBERS AND THEIR STAFF TO ATTEND CONTINUING EDUCATION PROGRAMS, VIEW THE LATEST DENTAL EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGY, AND NETWORK WITH COLLEAGUES. THE 2021 MIDWEST DENTAL ASSEMBLY HAD 838 ATTENDEES.
OSHA/BLS - THE IDA MONITORS STATE LEGISLATIVE AND REGULATORY ISSUES, ADVOCATES FOR ITS MEMBERS AND THEIR PATIENTS ON DENTAL PUBLIC HEALTH ISSUES, AND KEEPS MEMBERS APPRISED OF LEGISLATIVE AND REGULATORY CHANGES THAT AFFECT THEIR PRACTICES. DURING THE FISCAL YEAR, APPROXIMATELY 495 MEMBERS WERE TRAINED IN OSHA AND CPR RECERTIFICATION.
