EDUCATION: THE ANNUAL CHEST MEETING AND OTHER CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION ACTIVITIES ARE CONDUCTED TO UPDATE CLINICIANS ON PATIENT CARE STRATEGIES, PREPARE FOR SUBSPECIALTY EXAMINATIONS, ESTABLISH PRACTICE STANDARDS, PREVIEW INVESTIGATIVE RESEARCH AND NEW SCIENCE, AND PROVIDE NETWORKING AND CAREER ADVANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES.


PUBLICATIONS: THE AMERICAN COLLEGE OF CHEST PHYSICIANS (COLLEGE) PUBLISHES A MONTHLY JOURNAL: CHEST. 28,000 READERS WORLDWIDE SUBSCRIBE TO KEEP UP-TO-DATE ON CHEST-RELATED MEDICINE. IN ADDITION, THE COLLEGE PUBLISHES A NUMBER OF BOOKS IN THE FIELD OF CHEST MEDICINE.
