IS ORGANIZED FOR THE PURPOSE OF FURTHERING THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND SOCIAL WELFARE OF THE STATE OF LOUISIANA BY PROMOTING AND ASSISTING THE GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF BUSINESS CONCERNS, INCLUDING SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. THE PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THIS CORPORATION IS TO BENEFIT THE COMMUNITY BY FOSTERING INCREASED EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES AND EXPANSION OF BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY.
