TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES THROUGH EDUCATION, COUNSELING AND INFORMATION SERVICES THAT ARE DELIVERED IN A PROFESSIONAL, ACCESSIBLE AND COMPASSIONATE MANNER.

Part 3 - Line 4a
PROVIDED EDUCATION, SUPPORT NETWORK, PARENT AWARENESS, EARLY INTERVENTIONS AND COUNSELING SERVICES FOR OVER 500 INDIVIDUAL AND FAMILIES OF ACADIANA INCLUDING VARIOUS RACES, CREEDS AND SOCIOECONOMIC STATUSES. THE EDUCATION PROGRAM HAD TOTAL OF 114 CLASSES WERE CONDUCTED IN 2021 WITH OVER 550 PEOPLE SERVED. THE SUICIDE PREVENTION SERVICES CONDUCTED 34 TRAININGS AND SERVED OVER 1,200 PEOPLE. IN 2021 OVER 12,500 IN CONTRIBUTIONS WERE RECEIVED FROM LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS.
