ENCOURAGE ALL STUDENTS TO WORK TO THEIR HIGHEST POTENTIAL RECOGNIZE ACADEMIC SERVICE AND CHARACTER ACHIEVEMENTS TO CLOVIS HIGH SCHOOL SENIORS BY AWARDING TWO $5000 COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS; PRESENT THE "YOUNG MASTERS" JURIED ART EXHIBITION FOR SECONDARY STUDENTS OF CLOVIS MUNICIPAL SCHOOLS 9TH-12TH GRADES TO CELEBRATE AND ENCOURAGE YOUNG ARTISTS AND THEIR TEACHERS FOR DEMONSTRATING EXCELLENCE IN ARTISTIC EXPRESSION AND EDUCATION BY AWARDING MODEST CASH AWARDS.


SUPPORT AND RECOGNIZE STAFF FOR INNOVATIVE AND EXEMPLARY TEACHING EFFORTS WITH ALLOCATION OF $5000 ANNUALLY FOR DISTRICT PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT FOR TEACHERS AND OR STUDENT WORKSHOPS. ALLOCATION ANNUALLY OF $25,000 TO $30,000 FOR GRANT AWARDS TO TEACHERS AND OR SCHOOLS.
