ASSISTING NATIONAL COTTON COUNCIL AND ARKANSAS COTTON WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATION IN REACHING THEIR MEMBERS WITH INFORMATION AND SERVICES.
COPYWRITE BALE TAG PROGRAM INITIATED IN 1941 TO ASSURE TEXTILE MILLS THAT COTTON BALES IDENTIFIED WITH ACA TAGS WERE GROWN IN THE DELTA (ALLUVIAL) PLAINS OF ARKANSAS. TAGS WERE SOLD TO COTTON GINS.
ACTING AS FISCAL AGENT FOR A SELF-INSURER FUND OF AGRICULTURAL RELATED BUSINESSES TO PROVIDE WORKERS COMPENSATION COVERAGE AT MORE COMPETITIVE RATES.
