UTILITY EXPERTS MANAGED THE PIPELINE OF FUTURE OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH THE EMERGING TECHNOLOGIES COLLABORATIVE. THESE MEMBERS EVALUATED NEW TECHNOLOGIES AND APPROACHES AGAINST HONED CRITERIA TO IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR PROGRAMS TO SUCCEED.IN ADDITION TO SUPPORTING TRADITIONAL INITIATIVES, THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUED WORK TO REPRESENT THE NEW PUBLIC BENEFIT POSSIBLE FROM EFFICIENCY PROGRAMS IN THE CONTEXT OF THE CEE IDSM FRAMEWORK WHICH MANIFESTS IN THE RESIDENTIAL SECTOR AS THE CEE INTEGRATED HOME AND IN THE COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL SECTOR AS DYNAMIC ENERGY MANAGEMENT.
