STARTING ARTS PROVIDES HANDS-ON ARTS EXPERIENCE IN DANCE, THEATER AND VISUAL ARTS IN CLASSES TAUGHT BY SKILLED PROFESSIONAL ARTISTS EAGER TO SHARE THEIR EXPERT KNOWLEDGE AND PASSION WITH STUDENTS. ARTISTS WORK CLOSELY WITH TEACHERS ON THE DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CURRICULUMUSING MULTI-DISCIPLINARY ARTS PRACTICES THAT ENABLE STUDENTS TO CONCEPTUALLY MASTER ADVANCED ACADEMIC CONTENT. STUDENTS WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND COLLABORATIVELY TO BECOME SELF-DIRECTED LEARNERS AND LEADERS, WHILE TEACHERS LEARN AND EMPLOY OBSERVED INTEGRATED LEARNING METHODOLOGIES THAT LAST LONG AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THEIR MULTI-WEEK SESSIONS.
